IT Assistant Manager (IT & Network Support)

4–7 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, and IT support.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory/team-lead role is preferred.

Experience managing enterprise or campus network infrastructure will be an advantage.

Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and network infrastructure .

Configure and troubleshoot FortiGate firewalls, Ruckus Wi-Fi, switches, VLANs, routing, DHCP, DNS, and network services .

Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, availability, and connectivity.

Troubleshoot network outages, slow internet, Wi-Fi issues, and connectivity problems.

Manage network segmentation, VLANs, IP addressing, and access control.

Monitor and maintain network infrastructure across academic buildings, residences, offices, and other campus facilities.

Coordinate with ISP vendors for internet connectivity, bandwidth, downtime, and service-related issues.

Maintain network diagrams, configurations, IP plans, and infrastructure documentation.

Manage day-to-day IT support for faculty, staff, learners, and other users .

Handle hardware and software troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, printers, projectors, AV systems, and other IT equipment.
