About the Role
FIVE Hotels and Resorts is seeking an IT Assistant Intern to provide technical support to staff and guests, maintain IT systems, and ensure network security. Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to FIVE Tribe Members and Guests for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly to minimize disruption
- Assist in setup and configuration of computer systems, printers, and IT equipment
- Respond to support tickets and document issues and resolutions
- Monitor and maintain computer networks, ensuring connectivity, performance, and security
- Implement network security measures and conduct regular audits
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, switches, routers, and network devices
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for network troubleshooting
- Enforce IT security policies and procedures to safeguard data and systems
- Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory, licenses, and warranties
Requirements

- Install, configure, and maintain servers, switches, routers, and network devices.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for network troubleshooting.
- Champion and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory, licenses, and warranties.
- Adhere to SOPs and service standards, ensuring safety policy compliance.
- Collaborate with the FIVE Tribe and safeguard guest information confidentiality.
