About the Role

Responsibilities
- Offers next level Technical Support to FIVE Tribe Members and Guests, addressing hardware, software, and network related issues
- Troubleshoots and resolves technical problems promptly
- Assists in the Setup and Configuration of computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
- Promptly responds to support tickets and inquiries, documenting issues and resolutions
- Monitors and maintains FIVE's computer Networks, both wired and wireless
- Implements Network Security Measures and conducts regular audits
- Installs, configures and maintains servers, switches, routers, and other network devices
- Collaborates closely with vendors and service providers
- Champions and enforces IT Security Policies and procedures
- Maintains Accurate Records of hardware and software inventory, licenses, and warranties
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 2 years of experience in a Hospitality Environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field would be advantageous
- Unparalleled knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Familiarity with Hotel Specific Applications and Property Management Systems like Opera, Simphony is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation
- A fixed monthly salary of AED 1,200 offered as part of this exciting career opportunity.
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 1 2 years of Experience in a Hospitality Environment.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field would be advantageous.
- Unparalleled knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Familiarity with Hotel Specific Applications and Property Management Systems like Opera, Simphony is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Diligently implements Network Security Measures, ensuring an industry leading level of Protection for Data Integrity.
- Installs, configures and maintains servers, switches, routers, and other network devices.
- Collaborates closely with vendors and service providers, enhancing Troubleshooting Efforts for network connectivity and performance.
- Champions and enforces ground breaking IT Security Policies and procedures.
- Maintains Accurate Records of hardware and software inventory, licenses, and warranties.
- Adheres to SOPs and Service Standards.
- Collaborates with the FIVE Tribe, embracing a culture of Continuous Improvement and Shared Success.
