- Administer, support, and maintain business applications on Microsoft Cloud Platform
- Develop SharePoint Online solutions including websites, forms, workflows, and web parts
- Build and manage Power Apps and Power Automate workflows
- Configure Dynamics 365 CRM including security roles, views, forms, and business rules
- Implement new website features and support digital marketing tools
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, gather requirements, and develop BRDs
- Design and support solution integrations using API and REST services
Requirements
- 7+ years in application support or IT systems roles
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Microsoft Power Platform Certification
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM
- Proficiency in .NET stack, front end technologies, API integrations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

The Role
- We are looking for an experienced IT Application Specialist to join our IT Department.
- You will be responsible for the administration, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business applications.
- You will design and develop solutions across the Microsoft Cloud Platform including O365, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
- SharePoint & O365: Develop SharePoint Online solutions (websites, forms, workflows, web parts, site templates). Configure sites, security groups, permissions. Develop MS Teams apps and Project Web App portals.
- Power Platform: Build and manage Power Apps (model driven & canvas). Design workflows with Power Automate. Create custom connectors. Develop Microsoft Forms.
- Dynamics 365 CRM: Configure Investor Portal (security roles, views, forms, business rules). Manage business processes, process templates, and generate reports.
- Website & Digital: Implement new website features. Manage performance and availability. Support Digital Marketing – GTM, GA, SEO, newsletters.
- Business Analysis: Conduct stakeholder meetings. Gather requirements. Develop BRDs, flowcharts, business models. Scope RFPs and evaluate proposals.
- Integrations & Support: Design and support solution integrations (API, REST). Ensure security policies are applied. Provide technical and business support.
Required Skills (Must Have)
- SharePoint Online – configuration, design, Web Parts, modern apps
- Power Platform – PowerApps, Power Automate, MS Teams, Power BI
- PowerApps – model driven and canvas app development
- Power Automate – business process automation and custom connectors
- API / REST Services – integrations with multiple data sources
- .NET Stack – C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework
- Front End – HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
- SDLC – extensive experience
Preferred (Strongly Desired)
- Dynamics 365 CRM – administration, development, reporting
- Azure Platform – App Service, Enterprise Application
- WordPress – development experience
- Agile / Scrum – methodology experience
- Project Management – excellent experience
