Provide part-time remote monitoring, support, and maintenance for business-critical applications.
The role focuses on stable application operations, issue resolution, documentation, deployments, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, support, and maintain business-critical applications.
- Investigate application issues, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and implement corrective actions.
- Document incidents and resolutions and maintain operational procedures.
- Support application deployments, upgrades, and testing.
- Analyze application performance and identify business process improvement opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with internal IT standards and security guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing issues, interpreting system logs, and identifying root causes.
- Hands-on application and technical support experience with enterprise or business applications.
- IT foundation covering networks, databases, and operating systems.
- Ability to assess and optimize business process flows related to application operations.
- Experience working independently in remote or distributed teams.
- Familiarity with ticketing, incident management, and change management practices.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma is preferred.
Additional qualifications
- Good communication skills in English are required.
- Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to service quality are expected.
