Role Description
Manage, monitor, and support business-critical applications in a dynamic digital environment.
Ensure application uptime, performance, security, compliance, and effective operational support.
Responsibilities
- Handle incident and problem resolution, routine health checks, deployments, and application performance monitoring.
- Investigate and troubleshoot application issues, escalate complex problems, and document root causes and resolutions.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and business stakeholders on application workflows and deployments.
- Optimize processes, maintain security and compliance standards, and improve application support practices.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills are required for troubleshooting, incident analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Application support skills and information technology knowledge are required.
- Technical support skills and business process understanding are required.
- Experience with ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and ITIL-based service management is beneficial.
- Strong communication, documentation, collaboration, and independent remote-working skills are required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
- Digital marketing or agency experience and marketing technology familiarity are a plus.
