Role Description
The Digital Marketing Assistant is a part-time, remote role supporting the promotion of Solar PV Experts – Middle East programs and initiatives across digital channels.
The role supports marketing and program teams in maintaining consistent messaging, responding to online inquiries, and creating a positive digital experience for participants.
Responsibilities
- Assist with social media content and scheduling, email campaigns, and website content maintenance and optimization.
- Conduct basic market and audience research covering target segments, competitors, and digital trends.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare simple reports or summaries for marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and program teams to support consistent messaging and timely online responses.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required for interaction with diverse audiences.
- Market research ability and customer service experience focused on professional online support are required.
- Foundational sales and marketing knowledge and familiarity with social media, email marketing, and website content tools are required.
- Applicants should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing time and priorities.
- Interest in renewable energy or sustainability is expected, while prior energy studies exposure is advantageous.
- Marketing, communications, or business coursework or experience is preferred, with equivalent practical experience valued.
