Responsibilities
- Provide first level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other office equipment
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Manage user accounts, email setup, passwords, and access permissions
- Support network connectivity, Wi Fi, and basic hardware troubleshooting
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for advanced technical issues
- Maintain IT asset inventory and software licenses
- Perform regular data backup and ensure data security
- Assist with CCTV, biometric attendance systems, and office technology maintenance
- Support company software, including freight forwarding and logistics applications
- Assist with general office administration and documentation
- Maintain employee records and company files
- Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and vendor communications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in IT support and office administration in the UAE
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, printers, and hardware troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi Fi configuration
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- UAE driving licence is an advantage

IT Support

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT support and office administration in the UAE.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, printers, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi Fi configuration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with logistics or freight forwarding software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, biometric devices, and basic server administration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and report preparation.
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills.
