Responsibilities
- Manage servers, hosting, domains, DNS, email systems, and company devices
- Maintain backups, access controls, and system reliability
- Manage network security, firewalls, VPNs, MFA, and cybersecurity best practices
- Manage and optimize CRM platforms
- Build sales, marketing, and operational automations
- Maintain data quality, reporting, and system integrations
- Build and maintain AI powered workflows and automations
- Integrate systems using APIs, webhooks, n8n, Make, or Zapier
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
- Support websites, landing pages, CMS platforms, and analytics
- Manage databases and business intelligence systems
- Ensure platform performance, reliability, and scalability
Requirements
- Experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or technology operations
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and workflow automation
- Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, and integrations
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and network administration
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently

Role Overview

Compensation
- AED 3,000 – 7,000 per month depending on experience and capabilities
- Performance based bonus structure
