Responsibilities
- Build and maintain production grade AI and LLM powered workflows
- Design systems for data ingestion, processing, classification, ranking, and summarization
- Develop workflow orchestration using LangGraph, Temporal, LangChain, or similar frameworks
- Integrate data from APIs, RSS feeds, websites, and other structured and unstructured sources
- Improve reliability through monitoring, observability, retries, and failure recovery
- Optimize AI performance, latency, quality, and operating costs
- Deploy and manage cloud based infrastructure and automation pipelines
- Work closely with leadership to continuously improve and scale the platform
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience building and operating LLM based systems in production
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar AI platforms
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with APIs, workflow automation, and data pipelines
- Ability to independently own projects from architecture to deployment

Overview
- SSG Events is a fast growing media and events company building AI powered content and intelligence platforms across multiple industries.
- We are looking for an AI Engineer to take ownership of the systems, infrastructure, and automation behind our AI driven content workflows.
- This is a hands on role for someone who has built and operated production AI systems and enjoys solving real world engineering challenges.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain production grade AI and LLM powered workflows
- Design systems for data ingestion, processing, classification, ranking, and summarization
- Develop workflow orchestration using LangGraph, Temporal, LangChain, or similar frameworks
- Integrate data from APIs, RSS feeds, websites, and other structured and unstructured sources
- Improve reliability through monitoring, observability, retries, and failure recovery

Requirements

Compensation
- Fixed monthly salary + performance bonus
- Performance based salary progression: Month 1: AED 4,000–5,000; Month 2: AED 5,000–6,000; Month 3: AED 6,000–7,000
- Additional growth opportunities based on performance and contribution
