Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with prospective and existing sponsors
- Identify and approach potential sponsors to generate new business opportunities
- Schedule and lead online meetings with decision makers
- Prepare, customize, and present compelling sponsorship proposals
- Follow up on leads and manage the full sales cycle
- Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and timelines set by management
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts
- Manage sponsor, partner, and vendor communications professionally and efficiently
- Support the development of sponsorship portfolios across multiple events
- Opportunity to build and lead your own sales team based on performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in event sponsorship sales or delegate sales in event industry (mandatory)
- Strong track record of closing high value deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to build long term business relationships with senior stakeholders
- Highly goal oriented, self motivated, and results driven
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced, international environment

Compensation & Benefits
- Commission: up to 50% on sponsorship sales
- Fast commission cycle (typically within the same quarter)
- Performance bonuses per event
- Basic salary: AED 4,000 – 7,000/month
- International travel opportunities for events
- Full time position
- Immediate start
- On site role in Dubai (no remote/hybrid option)
