About the Role
A client of NADIA Global is looking for an IT Administrator in Saudi Arabia to manage networking, IT hardware, and user support. The role requires knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, Active Directory, networking, and troubleshooting, with experience in an educational institution preferred.

Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Windows systems and solutions: Windows Server, Active Directory, cluster, Hyper V, DFS
- Manage storage and backup solutions (NAS, replication, etc.)
- Perform basic networking tasks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN)
- Configure and manage active network equipment (switches, routers, Wi Fi access points, Wi Fi controllers)
- Configure and manage security (antivirus, firewalls)
- Ensure smooth daily operation of IT hardware (computers, tablets, printers, video projectors, local network)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware problems and provide first level troubleshooting
- Support users (teachers, staff) with basic tasks: network connection, printing, simple applications
- Participate in IT equipment management (census, allocation, inventory, alerts in case of breakdown)
Requirements
- More than two years of previous experience in technical support
- Experience in an educational institution is a plus

Key Responsibilities Networking
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, iOS, etc.)
- Management and administration of Windows systems and solutions: Windows Server, Active Directory, cluster, Hyper V, DFS, etc.
- Good knowledge of the iPadOS environment, printers, Wi Fi
- Management of storage and backup solutions (NAS, replication, etc.)
- Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, etc.)

- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware problems on this equipment and provide first level troubleshooting and beyond in conjunction with an external service provider
- Ability to perform simple configurations
- Support users (teachers, staff) with basic tasks: network connection, printing, simple applications.
- Participate in IT equipment management (census, allocation, inventory, alerts in case of breakdown).
