Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Keka Platform Administrator** to own the end-to-end management of our Keka HRMS platform.
The role is critical in ensuring the platform runs smoothly, data remains accurate, and workflows are optimized to support HR operations efficiently.
The position involves close coordination with the internal HR team and Keka support, along with general administrative and reporting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Fully manage and administer the Keka HR platform on a daily basis.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Keka-related matters.
- Coordinate with the HR team and Keka support team to promptly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve glitches, errors, or technical issues in the system.
- Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date records across all modules in Keka.
- Design, modify, and optimize workflows, approval processes, and system configurations in Keka as per business needs.
- Manage various HR trackers, dashboards, and databases.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, MIS, and analytics using Keka and Excel.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the HR Manager to support overall HR operations.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in managing HR software platforms (Keka experience will be a distinct advantage).
- Excellent proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (advanced functions, pivot tables, formulas, charts, and data analysis) and other MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint).
- Good understanding of HR processes and workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – able to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external support.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR administration with exposure to HRIS/HRMS platforms (Keka preferred).
