Job Overview

- Ensure seamless administrative operations, superior customer service, and efficient accounts management at Orange Seeds Nursery.
Customer Service and Communication
- Greet and receive students in the morning and assist during pick up times.
- Answer inquiries, calls, or emails for new registrations and address concerns of existing parents.
- Conduct follow up calls for parents who have inquired or to address concerns.
- Ensure the nursery environment is safe and liaise with the nurse regarding absent students.
Administrative Support & Documentation
- Assist in printing, photocopying, and designing of administration documents.
- Maintain and update student records, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.
- Keep track of staff and children attendance, managing payroll related tasks.
- Conduct daily class register checks to ensure all children are signed in.
- Prepare and manage regularly scheduled reports, including payroll and attendance.
- Be ready to lend a hand with additional tasks when colleagues are unavailable.
Financial Management & Records
- Manage the nursery's financial records, including invoicing, collecting payments, and depositing cheques.
- Maintain the balance sheet of payments and receivables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Follow up on late payments and ensure the timely collection of fees.
HR and External Communication
- Assist the HR department at the head office in staffing needs, such as medical scheduling, biometric attendance, and visa processing.
- Communicate with the finance team at the IDC head office for financial coordination.
Pay
- AED 6,000 AED 7,000 per month
