Role Overview
The IT Administrator supports employees, offices, and construction sites with equipment, software, networks, and related technology.
The role includes in-person support at project sites and coordination with external technical vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT setup for new joiners, including laptops, desktops, email, software, and accessories.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV and site cameras.
- Install and configure printers and scanners.
- Provide day-to-day support for laptops, desktops, networks, email, printers, and software.
- Maintain the IT asset register and track equipment issuance, transfer, repair, and return.
- Visit project sites to resolve IT issues and support site requirements.
- Coordinate with external IT and CCTV vendors.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
Required Capabilities
- IT support across end-user devices, networks, email, printers, and software.
- CCTV and site-camera installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- IT asset tracking and equipment lifecycle administration.
- Coordination with external IT and CCTV vendors.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person and includes visits to offices, construction sites, and project locations.
Requirements
- Capability to provide day-to-day support for laptops, desktops, networks, email, printers, and software is required.
- Ability to visit project sites and resolve IT-related issues is required.
- Ability to coordinate with external IT and CCTV vendors is required.
