Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate aluminum, glazing, doors, windows, curtain wall, and related finishing works on site.
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Allocate manpower and monitor daily productivity and work progress.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other finishing trades for smooth execution.
- Inspect completed work and ensure defects are rectified promptly.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment and maintain safe working practices.
- Prepare daily progress updates and report manpower and material requirements to the Site Engineer.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Aluminum Foreman in high-rise building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of aluminum and glazing installation work during the construction finishing stage.
- Ability to manage a team of technicians and helpers and meet project deadlines.
- At least five years of experience as an Aluminum Foreman.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
