Job Summary

  • Help monitor and enhance IS compliance across user communities.
  • Receive and respond to IS alerts and advisories, assist BISO in reporting incidents.
  • Carry out security administration systems in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Manage manual EERS feed of all local regulatory applications.
  • Support and coordinate on application and profiles related matters.
  • Follow corporate standards on Information Security and act upon IS alerts and advisories.
  • Help disseminate IS compliance information to all users.
  • Assist in conducting security vulnerability assessments and initiate corrective actions.
  • Assist in conducting Employee IS Awareness Training Sessions.
  • Help provide monthly reports and metrics to BISO on country IS Program status.
  • Assist BISO in performing IS/Technology compliance activities for UAE EMEA.
  • Ability to work occasional weekends and off hour timings during scheduled reviews.

Knowledge/Experience

  • At least 1 2 years in banking experience preferred.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience/knowledge in Identity and Access management, IT/COB Audit, or IS Risk Assessment.

Qualifications

  • BS/BE degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Understanding of IS risks inherent to supported business.
  • Technical knowledge of ID Administration.
  • Organizational, influence/conflict resolution, verbal and written communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong risk analysis, customer service, problem solving, and consulting skills.
  • Presentation, program management, and relationship management skills.
  • Able to interpret and apply policies, standards and procedures.
  • Able to work with senior business management to convey ideas and implement IS program.
  • Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, computer literate.
  • Adaptable, flexible, team player, willingness to learn and work hard.
  • Self motivated with ability to work independently and as a team member with minimal direction.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across project and control teams.
