- Drive sales performance to achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement sales plans aligned with the company's business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the Northern Emirates
- Monitor sales performance, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and manage the sales pipeline
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts
- Increase Haier's market share by expanding the dealer and retail network
- Execute sales promotions and product launch activities to maximize brand visibility
- Conduct regular market visits to strengthen customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure product availability and effective merchandising
- Provide product training and support to channel partners
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, or FMCG
- Strong understanding of the UAE market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
- Arabic language skills are an advantage

- Achieve Sales and Profit Targets: Drive sales performance to achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
