- Process admissions and organize billing for all admitted patients
- Manage and process all billing documentation, summaries and other information
- Maintain and update internal tracking systems and databases for all patients
- Perform data entry with close attention to all detail
- Organize and maintain billing documents review and billing tracking
- Work closely with service providing centers and doctors to generate accurate billing information
- Oversee all approvals authenticity applicable as per company policy
- Attend calls of billing related queries and respond and resolve independently
- Download and prepare reports and submit accordingly

Overview
- The Billing Officer will be responsible for processing admissions and organizing billing for all admitted & their assigned related bills closer with full collection accurately as per the policies protocols duly approved management approvals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and process all billing documentation, summaries and other information that is necessary for communication with the Operations, Administration, Insurance, Accounting, Stores, Support & Medical Departments as well as with associated officials.
- Maintain and update internal tracking systems and databases for all Patients as per the Registration Norms.
- Perform data entry with close attention to all detail Demographic as well as Informative cross verified with EID/ Valid Government Documents.
- Responsible for organizing and maintaining billing documents review & billing tracking as per defined category Insurance/ Self pay either Cash or Credit.
- Work closely with all service providing centers and Doctors/ Therapists to generate accurate billing information.
- Oversee All Approvals authenticity applicable as per the company policy.
- Attend calls of all billing related query and responds and resolves independently when possible.
- Able to download and prepare reports and submit accordingly.
- Any other job related duties as may be assigned by the Senior in Line/ Peers.
