IoT Engineer – ESP32 / Edge Automation Systems

Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on IoT Engineer with strong experience in ESP32 development, embedded systems, and sensor integration for enterprise-scale smart automation projects.
The candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining IoT edge devices integrated with centralized monitoring and control platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop firmware for ESP32-based controllers
- Integrate sensors, RFID/NFC readers, relays, and edge devices
- Implement edge automation logic and real-time alerts
- Configure Wi-Fi and MQTT communication
- Support OTA firmware updates and device reliability
- Perform field deployment, testing, and troubleshooting
- Integrate devices with enterprise IoT platforms
Required Skills
- Strong ESP32 development experience
- Embedded C/C++ programming
- Experience with Arduino IDE or PlatformIO
- Knowledge of MQTT, Wi-Fi, UART, SPI, I2C, and GPIO
- Experience integrating occupancy, environmental, and RFID sensors
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with mmWave sensors
- Knowledge of Modbus/BACnet
- PCB design knowledge
- Experience in smart building or IoT projects
Experience
3+ years in IoT / Embedded Systems projects
Education
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
