Job Description

  • Build and maintain client trust by delivering excellent customer service and providing accurate and transparent information.
  • Improve overall customer experience by learning about challenges and finding best ways towards growth.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to inquiries and handling complaints by providing appropriate solutions via phone, email, live chat.
