Role Overview
- Ensure that Tameed is in accordance with the regulations and rules required by SAMA.
Key Responsibilities
- Inform and follow up with Employees and stakeholders of any SAMA circulars.
- Create, Draft, and update needed policies.
- Ensure Tameed employees adhere to the internal policies.
- Submit compliance reports to the board and board committees as requested.
- Coordinate with stakeholders including regulators.
- Attend board committee meetings and executive meetings.
- Train employees on the policies.
- Continuous checking and follow up of requirement documents.
- Supporting the AML unit.
- Archiving of documents.
- Execution of works assigned by the direct manager that fall within the field of currency.
- Record Keeping Maintain proper records documentation.
