Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the owner's private investment portfolio, including equities, investment funds, and other financial assets
- Oversee and optimize the owner's real estate investments, including financing arrangements, mortgage facilities, and relationships with financial institutions
- Supervise the organization's real estate and development investments, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives
- Structure and negotiate financing solutions for investment projects, including loans, banking facilities, and capital arrangements
- Manage investor relations, return calculations, profit distributions, and investment reporting
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend new investment opportunities across various sectors and asset classes
- Oversee investments in operating companies and strategic business ventures
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, investment funds, asset managers, and financial institutions
- Prepare executive level investment and financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Contribute to investment strategy development, risk management, and capital allocation decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Investment, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment management, finance, asset management, or related disciplines
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment funds, and financing structures
- Proven experience in dealing with banks, lenders, and investment institutions
- Advanced financial analysis, valuation, and financial modeling capabilities
- Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
