About the Role
HSBC is seeking an ambitious Analyst to join the M&A team in Dubai, supporting origination and execution of M&A, IPO, and other investment transactions. The role involves financial modeling, research, and presentation preparation.

- Support on the origination of new transactions (pitching new ideas, answering requests for proposal, etc.)
- Support on the execution of M&A, IPO and other investment transactions
- Work on researches, preparing internal memos, building presentations (e.g. pitches, teasers, investment memorandum, etc.)
- Build and work on financial models
- Participate in due diligence processes
- Provide support to more senior bankers, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
Requirements
- Experience in Strategy Consulting / Big 4 is highly desirable
- Previous investment banking / finance experiences will be a plus but not a must
- Exhibit professional and personal presence; actively participate in internal and external discussions
- Initiative and judgment: act proactively; demonstrate common sense; work well as part of a team
- A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit

Role Overview
- HSBC Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) is a markets led, financing focused business providing investment and financial solutions.
- The Advisory team focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions, while supporting other investment banking products.
- We are currently seeking an ambitious Analyst to join the M&A team in Dubai.
In This Role, You Will
