- Create clear, engaging, and accurate content for websites, product documentation, blogs, case studies, and marketing materials
- Research topics related to Annata’s solutions and target industries
- Draft and revise copy, collaborating with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment with business goals and brand guidelines
- Adapt complex technical and industry information into accessible language for different audiences
- Maintain a consistent tone of voice and support development of content plans and campaigns
- Proofread and fact check all content to meet quality, style, and compliance standards
Requirements
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills for digital and print channels
- Experience creating content related to software, technology, or B2B industries; familiarity with automotive, equipment, or similar sectors is an advantage
- Ability to research complex topics and translate technical concepts into user friendly language
- Competence in content planning and collaboration with cross functional teams
- Proficiency with common content and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, CMS, basic SEO)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work on site in WP. Kuala Lumpur

- This full time Writer role is an on site position based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Writer will create clear, engaging, and accurate content for various channels.
