- University degree in Safety and Health at Work, Environment, Engineering, Business Management or similar; master's or professional certifications in HSE (ASP, CSP) valued
- Demonstrable experience in business management, entrepreneurship, or direction of educational or online training projects
- Leadership, decision making, and team management skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing, training product development, data analysis, and digital management tools (CRM, e learning platforms, social media)
- High level of English for international interaction
