- Monitor financial health, manage budgets and investments, and evaluate growth opportunities in existing and new markets
- Shape company culture, promote a culture of ownership and accountability, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and certifications
Requirements
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Strategic planning and business management capabilities, including setting organizational goals, managing budgets, and overseeing P&L
- Background in technology or enterprise engineering services, ideally with exposure to Cloud, Microservices, Data, or related domains
- Experience in client relationship management, business development, and building long term partnerships in global markets
- Ability to drive operational excellence, with skills in process optimization, risk management, and quality assurance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with information security standards (such as ISO 27001) and compliance requirements for enterprise clients
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

Role Description
- The Owner role at AIEnterprise Inc. is a full time, on site position based in Madurai, responsible for overall business leadership and strategic direction.
