United Diesel distributes Renault Trucks, Tata Motor buses and trucks, and provides after-sales services and transport solutions.
Job Purpose
Manage inventory levels, parts procurement, and supplier coordination across outlets.
Align procurement and inventory with sales forecasts, market demand, and operational needs to support stock availability and cost efficiency.
Inventory Management
- Monitor parts inventory across warehouses and branches.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and analyze fast-moving and slow-moving parts.
- Coordinate inter-branch transfers and conduct periodic and annual stock counts.
Procurement and Suppliers
- Plan parts procurement using sales forecasts, OEM targets, and customer demand.
- Issue purchase orders to local and international suppliers and track delivery schedules.
- Evaluate and negotiate vendor pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
