Inventory Intern

Handover and Reconciliation

• Hand inventory between Inventory and Field Operations.
• Record item details, serial numbers, recipient information, handover time, and expected return date.
• Do not permit verbal or informal handovers.
• Reverify returned inventory and update return entries the same day.
• Reconcile physical stock, Google Sheets, and Field Operations inventory daily.
• Track overdue or missing items and follow up proactively.

Documentation and Audit

• Maintain clean and structured Google Sheets trackers.
• Control access to the inventory area.
• Support audits and internal checks.
• Maintain high compliance standards for asset handling.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience handling high-value inventory or assets.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets.
• Experience with manual inventory registers.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Requirements and Traits

• A background in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or operations is preferred.
• Experience managing electronic devices or serialized assets is preferred.
• Strong ownership, accountability, integrity, and discipline are expected.
• The role requires a process-driven, zero-error mindset and comfort with strict controls.
