Shift Supervisor

• Minimum 1 year of experience in floor management, team handling, or operations

supervision

• Graduate preferred — 10+2 minimum
• Not a fresher — prior experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity is mandatory
• Comfortable working for morning, afternoon or night shifts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable

with report writing and basic digital tools (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, or similar)

• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Punctual and reliable — must be present for the full duration of the shift

• ₹27,500 gross monthly salary
• Performance-based shift incentives based on team productivity
• Structured reporting framework with full Team Lead support
