Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory is maintained within agreed minimum and maximum levels
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliations
- Verify the accuracy of all goods received, stored, transferred, and dispatched
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, sales, and finance teams to ensure inventory accuracy
- Prepare inventory reports, including stock valuation, inventory movements, shortages, and variances
- Maintain proper documentation for inventory transactions
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory control processes and warehouse efficiency
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
- Strong communication and problem solving abilities
- Tagalog speaker
- Textile warehouse background
