Duties and responsibilities
- Maintain accurate RBG inventory records and stock levels across retail outlets and e-commerce platforms.
- Implement policies and procedures for stock movements, transfers, and replenishment.
- Analyze sales data, stock levels, demand patterns, and merchandise trends to forecast inventory needs.
- Collaborate with merchandising teams and vendors on inventory plans aligned with sales targets and promotional events.
- Optimize inventory turnover, product availability, and stock performance by identifying slow-moving items.
- Implement clearance strategies or promotions for slow-moving items.
- Minimize stock obsolescence and discrepancies through regular audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and warehouse teams to support inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and delivery schedules to maintain inventory flow and minimize stockouts.
- Generate inventory reports, stock summaries, and performance metrics for management decision-making.
- Analyze inventory data for process improvements, cost reductions, and inventory management enhancements.
- Uphold ISO requirements and the company's code of conduct.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 3,000 to AED 3,300 per month.
