About the Role
EMITRANS LOGISTICS L.L.C is seeking a Warehouse Assistant/Inventory Clerk in Jebel Ali to support daily warehouse operations including stock checks, picking, packing, put-away, and inventory management.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Utilize inventory management systems to track stock movements and reconcile discrepancies
- Identify and report inventory shortages, damages, or variances promptly
- Pick items accurately according to customer orders and pick lists
- Ensure the correct quantity and quality of products are selected
- Follow established picking procedures to minimize errors and maintain operational efficiency
- Pack picked items securely using appropriate packaging materials
- Verify packing slips and shipping labels to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing area
- Receive incoming shipments and store goods in their designated warehouse locations
- Perform put away activities efficiently to maximize warehouse space utilization
- Update inventory records to reflect the correct storage locations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including stock checking, picking, packing, put away, and inventory management
- Familiarity with inventory management systems such as Tally, SAP, or WMS
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to lift and handle heavy materials safely and operate warehouse equipment where applicable
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing operational priorities
- Willingness to work overtime, evenings, or weekends when required

Salary
- Pay: AED1,000.00 AED1,400.00 per month
