Responsibilities
- Enter and update data related to inventory, shipments, and client information in company systems
- Conduct regular audits to identify and correct data discrepancies or errors
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely and accurate data entry during receiving, storage, and dispatch
- Manage data related to 3PL operations, including vendor info, service agreements, and performance metrics
- Prepare and maintain reports on KPIs such as inventory levels, order accuracy, and shipping timelines
- Support the implementation of new systems or process improvements for better data accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure data entry complies with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards
Requirements
- Experience in data entry within logistics or warehouse settings; familiarity with 3PL operations
- Proficient in data entry tools and Microsoft Excel for managing large datasets
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect and fix errors quickly
- Good organizational and time management skills in fast paced environments
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross team collaboration
- Knowledge of WMS and ERP software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field preferred

Position Overview

- Pay: AED2,000.00 AED2,400.00 per month
