The Role
Support inventory tracking, stock records, data entry, reconciliation, reporting, and day-to-day inventory administration.
The role supports inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain activities in an international organization.
Work Arrangement

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and record incoming and outgoing transactions.
- Enter inventory data into ERP, warehouse management, or inventory systems.
- Monitor stock quantities, product availability, replenishment, transfers, returns, and damaged goods.
- Assist with inventory counts, reconciliations, audits, and compliance checks.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, missing stock, damaged goods, and incorrect quantities.
- Prepare inventory reports, spreadsheets, stock summaries, and basic KPI updates.
- Assist with receiving documentation, goods receipts, purchase orders, and expected deliveries.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
- Maintain organized documentation and verify inventory paperwork for accuracy.
- Support inventory process improvements and maintain confidentiality of commercial information.
