The Role
Fully remote, full-time Facility Engineering Manager role.
Lead engineering, maintenance, reliability, and technical performance for facilities and building infrastructure.
Oversee mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, building automation, utilities, and other critical systems.
Engineering and Maintenance
- Develop engineering strategies, standards, procedures, maintenance programs, schedules, asset registers, and lifecycle plans.
- Coordinate preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
- Monitor equipment reliability, availability, lifecycle condition, recurring failures, and infrastructure deficiencies.
- Conduct inspections, condition assessments, root-cause analysis, engineering audits, and corrective-action tracking.
Contractors and Compliance
- Manage contractors, maintenance providers, consultants, vendors, service-level agreements, technical requirements, and performance KPIs.
- Coordinate statutory inspections, testing, certifications, permits, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure activities comply with applicable building, electrical, fire, environmental, safety, and technical standards.
