Role Overview

Must-Have Skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, application deployment and updating, Autopilot, operating system installation and updating, and device enrollment is required.
• The role requires expert endpoint management knowledge for Windows, Android, iOS, and Apple Mac devices.
• Expert knowledge of Apple Device Enrollment, Android Enterprise enrollment, Intune Endpoint Analytics, and Advanced Endpoint Analytics is required.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Good communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills are listed as good-to-have capabilities.

Endpoint and Mobile Management

• Plan, implement, and troubleshoot endpoint management across Windows, Android, iOS, and Apple Mac devices using Workspace ONE or Microsoft Intune.
• Manage Apple and Android Enterprise enrollment, mobile device enrollment and removal, MDM agent troubleshooting, and device asset tracking.
• Coordinate with MDM original equipment manufacturers and mobile device vendors through issue resolution.

Messaging and Application Support

• Provide Tier 2 support for messaging server issues and troubleshoot Outlook NDRs, message headers, permissions, deleted items, rules, and free/busy.
• Package and deploy applications for Apple Mac devices and create custom Mac scripts for deployment through Microsoft Intune.

Systems and Security

• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Understand system hardware, monitor performance parameters, and resolve performance issues or provide root-cause analysis.
• Write and maintain custom scripts to improve system efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Use Autopilot and pre-provisioning setup capabilities.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in endpoint or systems administration is specified for the role.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, application deployment and updating, Autopilot, operating system installation and updating, and device enrollment.
• Expert-level knowledge of endpoint management for Windows, Android, iOS, and Apple Mac devices.
• Expert-level knowledge of Apple Device Enrollment and Android Enterprise device enrollment.
• Experience with Autopilot and Autopilot pre-provisioning setup.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills are good-to-have qualifications.
