Key responsibilities
- Provide real-time Mandarin-English interpretation through phone, video, and online communication platforms.
- Preserve the original meaning, tone, and context of spoken conversations.
- Support clients, customers, employees, and English-speaking teams across business and service scenarios.
- Interpret customer service, business, administrative, technical, and general communications.
- Ask for clarification when terminology or context is unclear.
- Support remote meetings, interviews, consultations, training sessions, conferences, and customer interactions.
- Maintain records, follow procedures and quality standards, and complete required documentation.
- Manage multiple sessions and participate in quality-assurance reviews, coaching, and training.
Requirements
- Fluent or near-native Mandarin Chinese and English proficiency is required.
