Role Overview
The role supports day-to-day business operations, internal process improvement, cross-functional coordination, and operational reporting.
The role works with Business Development, Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, and other internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and coordinate business processes so activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor KPIs, sales activities, service levels, operational performance, and business metrics.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, business reviews, and management updates.
- Collect, validate, and analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational discrepancies.
- Maintain processes, workflows, standard operating procedures, records, databases, and documentation.
- Support automation, process improvement, business planning, forecasting, performance tracking, and operational projects.
- Track timelines, action items, dependencies, approvals, requests, and unresolved operational issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, vendors, clients, or service providers when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of business, customer, financial, and operational information.
Requirements
- Experience in business operations, operations, business analysis, sales operations, project coordination, administration, or a related field is preferred.
