Role Description
- The Internship Program role at Haraakah is a full time, on site position based in Riyadh.
- Interns will support the planning and execution of corporate wellness programs and sports events, including coordinating schedules, managing logistics, and assisting with event operations.
- Day to day tasks may include collecting and analyzing feedback, preparing basic reports, and helping improve program processes.
- Interns will communicate with internal teams and clients, assist in participant onboarding and training sessions, and contribute to creating engaging, high quality experiences for corporate partners.
- This role offers hands on exposure to sports event management, corporate wellness, and client service in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications
- Program Management: Ability to assist with planning, organizing, and tracking wellness programs and events.
- Analytical Skills: Capacity to gather data, analyze feedback, and support simple reporting to improve program effectiveness.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with teams, partners, and participants.
- Training and Customer Service: Interest in supporting training sessions and delivering a positive experience for clients and event participants.
