Role Description
- Plan and lead group exercise sessions and individual training programs tailored to different fitness levels and goals.
- Instruct safe and effective workouts, demonstrate proper technique, monitor participant progress, and provide motivation and feedback.
- Collaborate with event and wellness program coordinators, support corporate sports events, and help create engaging fitness experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in group exercise and fitness instruction.
- Hands on experience in fitness training and familiarity with the fitness industry.
- Excellent customer service skills to engage participants and build positive client relationships.
- Relevant fitness certifications (e.g., personal training, group fitness) and knowledge of exercise science and injury prevention.
