Role Description
- As a full time Business Development Specialist based on site in Riyadh, you will help grow Haraakah’s corporate wellness and sports events portfolio.
- You will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and build pipelines through lead generation activities.
- You will prepare and deliver client presentations, develop proposals, and collaborate with internal teams.
- You will maintain strong relationships with existing clients, track performance against targets, and provide feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills: ability to interpret data, assess market trends, and evaluate business opportunities.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Proven Lead Generation and Market Research skills.
- Solid negotiation and sales skills, with ability to close deals and meet targets.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, corporate wellness, sports events, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office or similar productivity software is an advantage.
