About the Role

- Handle visa enquiries for destinations including Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Asia, and Middle East
- Provide accurate visa consultation and guide clients through the application process
- Review customer documents and ensure compliance with visa requirements
- Convert visa enquiries into confirmed applications and achieve sales targets
- Sell global holiday packages and provide customized international travel solutions
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals based on client requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, and internal operations teams for smooth execution
- Generate business through leads, existing clients, corporate customers, and travel partners
- Maintain proper follow up with clients to maximize conversions
- Build and maintain long term customer relationships
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in International Visa Sales/Consultation within travel and tourism industry
- Strong knowledge of international visa processes, requirements, documentation, and application procedures
- Proven experience in selling global holiday packages
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages an advantage)
- UAE travel industry experience preferred

Candidate Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in International Visa Sales and Travel Consultancy is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of international visa procedures and documentation.
- Proven experience in selling global holiday packages.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages an advantage).
- UAE travel industry experience preferred.
- Target oriented and capable of working in a fast paced environment.
