Role Description

  • The Human Resources Specialist role at One Life Tourism is a full time, on site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • The specialist will manage day to day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, personnel records maintenance, and HR documentation.
  • Responsibilities include supporting HR policy implementation, coordinating employee benefits administration, and assisting with performance management processes.
  • The role will also involve handling employee queries, supporting recruitment activities, organizing HR related training and communication, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • The Human Resources Specialist will collaborate closely with management and team members to support a positive, inclusive, and high performing work environment.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in day to day HR operations.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Benefits administration and related documentation.
  • Candidates should possess solid Personnel Management skills, including employee relations and performance support.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in HRIS or HR related software and standard office tools (e.g., MS Office).
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and prior experience in HR roles, preferably within the tourism or service sector, would be beneficial.
