Requirements
- Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in day to day HR operations

- Expertise in Employee Benefits administration and related documentation
- Solid Personnel Management skills, including employee relations and performance support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR related software and standard office tools (e.g., MS Office)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and prior experience in HR roles, preferably within the tourism or service sector, would be beneficial

Role Description
- The Human Resources Specialist role at One Life Tourism is a full time, on site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The specialist will manage day to day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, personnel records maintenance, and HR documentation.
- Responsibilities include supporting HR policy implementation, coordinating employee benefits administration, and assisting with performance management processes.
- The role will also involve handling employee queries, supporting recruitment activities, organizing HR related training and communication, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
