- Manage end to end visa sales processes for multiple countries, including advising clients on documentation, eligibility, and application procedures
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Prepare and review visa applications
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Ensure timely submission and follow up on applications
- Achieve sales targets and cross sell travel related services such as tickets, hotel bookings, and holiday packages
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or relevant systems
- Monitor visa regulations and updates, provide clear and compliant information to clients
- Support continuous improvement of visa sales processes
Requirements
- Strong International Sales and Sales skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a travel, tourism, or visa services environment
- Experience in Customer Service and Account Management
- Understanding of International Business practices, especially related to global travel, immigration regulations, and visa requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling documentation and client records
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools; ability to learn new systems quickly
- Prior experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or visa consultancy is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site International Visa Sales Senior Executive role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Senior Executive will manage end to end visa sales processes for multiple countries, including advising clients on documentation, eligibility, and application procedures.
- Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person; preparing and reviewing visa applications; coordinating with internal teams and external partners; and ensuring timely submission and follow up on applications.
- The role involves achieving sales targets, cross selling travel related services such as tickets, hotel bookings, and holiday packages, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or relevant systems.
- The Senior Executive will also monitor visa regulations and updates, provide clear and compliant information to clients, and support continuous improvement of visa sales processes.
Qualifications
- Strong International Sales and Sales skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a travel, tourism, or visa services environment.
- Experience in Customer Service and Account Management, with the ability to handle client queries professionally and build long term relationships.
