About the Role

- Manage agencies, vendors, and junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- Strong knowledge about travel industry (hotels, airlines, tour operators, tourism boards)
- Strong B2B sales, trade marketing, and partnership management experience
- Commercial acumen with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in managing in market events and regional activations
- Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred
- Willingness to travel internationally (valid US visa required)

Overview

Responsibilities

- B2B travel trade experience (tour operators, airlines, consortia, wholesalers)
- Experience with tourism boards/DMOs, airlines, large tour operators, hotel groups, or UAE based DMCs
- Experience in trade strategy, partner negotiations, roadshows, FAM trips, and co op campaigns
- Identify and manage partnerships with airlines, tour operators, travel agencies, and DMCs.
- Lead commercial evaluations, joint marketing initiatives, and contract coordination.
- Track regional performance, KPIs, and prepare management reports.
- Manage agencies, vendors, and junior team members.
