International HR Strategy and Governance
- Design and implement HR frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures tailored to the organization's MENA operating footprint.
Regional Talent Acquisition
- Oversee specialized recruitment pipelines for leadership, project management, asset management, and engineering talent across the region.
Multi-Country Compliance
- Ensure adherence to labour laws, employment regulations, and statutory compliance requirements across operating regions in MENA.
