A leading international law firm in Dubai seeks a talented Disputes Associate or Senior Associate with 3-5 years PQE to join its high-performing disputes practice. The role involves handling complex, high-value cross-border arbitration and litigation matters.

Responsibilities
- Manage case files and coordinate multi jurisdictional teams across high value disputes
- Advise a broad client base including corporates and financial institutions on case strategy and dispute assessment
- Draft pleadings, submissions, and other complex legal and arbitral documentation
- Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on sophisticated disputes from inception through to hearings and resolution
- Collaborate with colleagues and manage disclosure, evidence review, and settlement negotiations
Requirements
- 3 5 years PQE gained within a Magic Circle or similar environment
- Arabic and English proficiency in speaking and writing
- Qualified Solicitor/Lawyer with preference for common law jurisdiction
- Strong experience in arbitration with commercial litigation or cross border dispute resolution experience
- Excellent drafting, analytical, legal research, and communication skills
- Commercial and pragmatic approach to handling high pressure matters and tight deadlines
