A leading international law firm seeks a talented contentious construction lawyer with 3+ years PQE to join their Middle East Construction & Engineering team. - Managing litigation and arbitration proceedings, including case strategy, drafting pleadings and submissions, attending hearings, and liaising with experts and witnesses
- Drafting and reviewing a wide range of construction related legal documentation
- Conducting detailed legal research on construction law issues, both local and international
- Working across sectors including Real Estate, Energy and Utilities, Industrials, Retail and Consumer, Transport, and Healthcare
- Contributing to the team's market leading risk management offering
Requirements
- At least 3 years' post qualification experience in construction law
- Experience gained at a leading International or Regional firm with a focus on contentious matters
- Strong technical knowledge of construction law and ability to provide clear, practical legal advice

Role Overview

Typical Duties

Candidate Requirements
- At least 3 years' post qualification experience in construction law
- Experience gained at a leading International or Regional firm, with a focus on contentious matters
- Strong technical knowledge of construction law and the ability to provide clear, practical legal advice
