About the Role

Responsibilities
- Review customer specifications, datasheets, and tender documents to ensure full compliance
- Transform inquiries to quotes including clarification of technical, commercial and export conditions
- Create quotes in accordance with E+H International regulations
- Clarify unclear orders against quotes
- Conduct order and quote related negotiations with PCs and 3rd party suppliers
- Coordinate with product centers for clarification
- Handle Endress.com requests
- Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Handover of technical and commercial orders via SAP
- Act as partner/supporter of customers for technical and commercial issues
- Act as partner/supporter of External Sales and Sales Account Manager in customer negotiations
- Support inspections and project acquisition
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or higher
- 3 5 years experience in internal sales
- Experience in Endress+Hauser products
- Experience in working with SAP
- Experience with MS Word, MS Excel necessary
- Effective team player with strong communication ability

Position Description + Responsibilities
- Review customer specifications, datasheets, and tender documents to ensure full compliance.
- Transformation of inquiries to quotes including clarification of the technical, commercial and export conditions.
- Creation of quotes in accordance with E+H International regulations.
- Clarification of unclear orders against quotes (purchase conditions, terms according to E+H International regulations).
- Order and quote related negotiations (price, delivery time, modified products (TSP), certificates and testing) with PCs and other 3rd party suppliers.
- Coordinate with product centers (e.g., Flow, Level, Pressure, Analytics) for clarification.
- Endress.com request handling.
- Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Handover of technical and commercial orders via SAP.
- Active partner/supporter of customers for all technical and commercial issues.
- Active partner/supporter of External Sales and Sales Account Manager in customer negotiations.
- Organization support of inspections.
Qualification + Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or higher.
- 3 5 years’ experience considered in the internal sales.
- Experience in Endress+Hauser products.
- Experience in working with SAP.
- Responsible for pre qualification of Endress+Hauser products with our customers.
- Leading key initiatives for MES International as and when assigned.
- Experience with MS Word, MS Excel necessary.
- Experience in SFDC appreciated.
- Should be an effective team player, high ability to understand the problems and provide solutions.
- Sound technical skills with strong communication ability and well exposure in working with multicultural client's environment at EPC's, PMC's and End users.
- Adherent to Middle East working atmospheres like products approvals, documentations, Proposals methodologies.
- Good listener to understand the end user's requirements and very knowledgeable to provide solutions and have better experience to implement and succeed.
